Its 2014 and only 165 days to go!

Now that December has been and gone, the month that marked half way between now and June, the big day looms ever so slightly more and I can't help but feel unprepared!

I am still no further really in comprising a list of things to do before I turn 30, and wonder even if I did have a list would I be able to get everything done in time??

Maybe I should extend the list to things to do in my 30th year and include the run up to it?

Anyway, January is upon us, along with a New Year - funny that, how when we hit January we start a new year!

Last year had its ups and downs! Started off great in January and February when I was promoted and won two awards for Charity work, then took a bit of a dip in March-June time whilst I was job hunting (the promotion wasn't for me) then picked up again over July-October as I started my new job and went on an amazing holiday to Thailand and then November to now has been really tough as I had a car accident which has really knocked me not just physically but mentally and emotionally too.

No doubt this year will have its ups and downs too, but I would like a few more ups please!

The first thing I find on my priority list at the moment is to see if I can convince my hubby to book a holiday or two! But talking to him about this is just hard work, it should be fun planning on where we want to go, but alas fun is not something that appears in my husbands vocabulary.

I shall keep you posted....
